The Website provides information about our healthcare staffing services and serves as a platform to connect Facilities seeking staffing solutions with Professionals seeking employment opportunities. The Service facilitates the submission of inquiries and information but does not constitute a binding contract for staffing services or employment. All staffing agreements are governed by separate, legally binding contracts executed between American MedCare Agency, LLC and the respective Facility or Professional.

2. User Obligations and Conduct
