This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

  • To provide and maintain our Service.
  • To assess the qualifications and suitability of Professionals for placement with Facilities.
  • To communicate with you, including responding to your inquiries and providing you with information about potential staffing opportunities or available candidates.
  • To facilitate the staffing process, including sharing necessary information with Facilities for consideration.
  • To process payments and manage contracts.
  • To maintain internal records for administrative, legal, and compliance purposes.
  • To monitor the usage of our Service and to improve its functionality.

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary:

  • To Healthcare Facilities: We may share a Professional's relevant Personal Data (such as name, qualifications, and work history) with a Facility for the purpose of evaluating a potential staffing placement.
  • To Comply with Law: To comply with a legal obligation, such as a subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our agency, our users, or the public. This includes compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant healthcare regulations.
